This first aspect, guaranteed through a constant, painstaking search for qualified, carefully appraised suppliers, and the training and enhancement of human resources represent the foundations on which IVAR has built its quality policy.

The entire production process, from the brass hot-pressing processes to dimensional checks and the packaging of the finished product, relies on innovative machinery and equipment using state-of-the-art technology.

In a modern lab our technicians use traditional control systems and moreover optical and electronic systems which carry automatically out high-precision dimensional checks on all the items manufactured as well as on the tools used to process them.

The automation of the whole production chain has furthermore allowed all processes to be strictly monitored to ensure a high standard of quality that remains constant over time. IVAR guarantees, in particular, that all of its products (100%) are tested under pressure with electronic equipment capable of detecting even infinitesimal leaks.
